Your data will be stored both on premises and in cloud, utilising a hybrid approach.
Where data is not stored on local secure company device, it is either stored on Mailchimp’s, Wix's or Ininet servers.
While Mailchimp’s servers are located in the US, where all data is being exported to and stored at, Mailchimp’s Data Processing Addendum has been drafted to meet the requirements of the GDPR in order to enable us to transfer EEA personal data to Mailchimp in the United States, and to permit Mailchimp to lawfully process that data on our behalf. Mailchimp participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework so all data received and exported from EEA member countries is subjected to each Framework’s applicable Principles.
Wix's servers are located in the US and Europe. Wix has implemented and will maintain industry-standard technical and organizational security measures as required to appropriately ensure the protection of Users-of-Users Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Users-of-Users Information, and the confidentiality and integrity of Users-of-Users Information. Processing of data of Users or Users by Wix is in accordance with all privacy and data protection laws and regulations applicable to Processing of Personal Data of natural persons, including the European Union Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and the national law of the applicable EEA member state that implements the GDPR, and California Civil Code Section 1798.100-1798.199 (the “CCPA”), the UK General Data Protection Regulation (the “UK GDPR”) (as applicable), and any laws or regulations ratifying, implementing, adopting, or supplementing such laws; in each case, to the extent in force, and as such are updated, amended or replaced from time to time.
Ininet’s servers are located in Hungary. The servers are SSL encrypted and Ininet takes reasonable steps to protect the data against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, deletion and destruction; as well as against accidental destruction and damage, and from becoming inaccessible as a result of changes in the technology used.
