Over the 18 months of the project SEMOPS is planning large scale market validation, pilot programs in three countries, with the involvement of local banks, clearing houses, payment processors and a number of merchants and customers. The services will start as pilot activities and will be gradually turned into full scale commercial operations, with the involvement of more banks and merchants. At each location the local partners will decide about the scope and financial conditions of the services offered.
